iCloud Sync
If your countdowns are not syncing across your devices, follow these steps on each device.
1. Verify your iCloud settings
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name near the top.
- Make sure the Apple Account shown is the same one used on your other devices.
- Tap iCloud.
- Find Countdowns in Saved to iCloud (formerly Apps Using iCloud) and make sure it is enabled.
- Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and that Countdowns is enabled under Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive.
Mac
- Open the Apple menu () and choose System Settings.
- Click your name near the top.
- Make sure the Apple Account shown is the same one used on your other devices.
- Click iCloud.
- Click See All under Saved to iCloud (formerly Show More Apps under Apps Using iCloud).
- Find Countdowns in the list and make sure it is enabled.
- Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and that Countdowns is enabled under Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive.
2. Check your iCloud storage
Syncing requires enough available iCloud storage. Check that your account is not out of storage.
3. Update your software
iCloud sync works best with current software. Install the latest version of Countdowns on every device, along with the latest available versions of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
4. Restart your devices
Restart each affected device, then open Countdowns again and allow a little time for changes to sync.
Apple Watch Sync
If your countdowns are not syncing to Apple Watch, try these steps.
1. Restart your devices
Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch. This typically resolves temporary sync issues.
2. Update your software
Install the latest version of Countdowns and update both iOS and watchOS to the latest versions available for your devices.

If Countdowns does not appear in the widget gallery, restart your device and make sure you have opened the app at least once.
If a widget is not updating, try the following:
1. Restart your device
Restarting your device typically resolves temporary widget issues.
2. Update your software
Install the latest version of Countdowns and update iOS, iPadOS, or macOS to the latest version available for your device.
Family Sharing
Countdowns supports Family Sharing for subscriptions and in-app purchases. Make sure purchase sharing is configured for your Apple family group and that each family member is signed in with the correct Apple Account.
Supported OS Versions
Countdowns supports at least the current major operating-system version and the two preceding major versions on each supported Apple platform.
Refunds
If something is wrong, please give us a chance to make it right. Only Apple can issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, follow Apple’s refund process.
